Flown the Coop
Our foster roosters have left their temporary home and will be on their way to the butchers bright and early tomorrow morning. Kenzie was quite sad that she had to let her favorite rooster go. The coop didn't stay empty for long, though. Andy and Kenzie cleaned out the coop to get it ready for it's new inhabitants. Our chickens our now happily nesting away in there new home. I want a chicken. I told Steve I wanted a chicken as a pet (and for eggs) and he said he didn't think the city would let me keep a chicken in my backyard. Guess we're going to have to move.
Aww poor Kenzie. I think that DH would love to have a pet chicken just for the eggs! LOL
